THEORETIC OUTLINE STUDIO (known as TOS) was established on 2021, the company offer design and renovation services for residential and commercial properties within Malaysia. We build up with a team of professionals offering a complete range of Interior Design, Space Planning, As-Built Detail Drawings, Renovation and Construction services for both commercial and residential projects.

In addition, TOS offer custom cabinetry services, Operable Wall Acoustic Partition (UK Standard) and maintenance services.
